Amudjiev & Yalnuzov Law Office is registered in 2007 as a limited liability partnership under the new Bulgarian Advocacy Act as a successor of LGK & Co Law Office which was found back in 1994 as a legal partnership under the old Law Society regulations.
It is designed to work mainly for commercial clients. It is one of the firms in this region preferred by foreign clients. At present it has three partners and two assistants. From time to time we give placements to trainees.
The firm is mainly specialised in Shipping law, Company and Commercial, Property law, International Trade law and Taxation. We also work for privatisation projects, joint ventures, give tax advice and conveyancing. The partners combine consultancy work with litigation thus providing a complete service to their clients.
Among our clients are shipping companies, ship-repairing companies, ship agents and brokers, financial, construction companies, foreign trade companies and many others. Many of our clients have excellent international reputation, such as Coeclerici Group, Navigation Maritime Bulgare, Bon Marine, Petreco, High Spirit, Germanischer Lloyd Bulgaria, UniCredit Bulbank, Ingstroy Engineering, Transstroi Varna, Hidrostroi Varna, etc. We have provided legal advice for some of the international consultancy firms in Bulgaria, the major P&I Clubs and several London law firms. If a reference for our work is needed we shall seek to obtain the consent of our clients and provide direct contact for you.
We have communication through telephone, fax and e-mail. Our premises in downtown Varna are easily reachable by car and public transportation. Our strive is to work efficiently and always on time. We always check for conflict of interests and guarantee confidentiality.
Our policy is that professional experience and knowledge should always be combined with excellent professional conduct. We aim to distribute the work among ourselves so as to provide opportunity for further specialisation.
