   Georgi Amudzhiev

   George Amudzhiev was born in 1967 in the small town of Byala Cherkva, Bulgaria. He graduated the German Language School in Lovech, Bulgaria in 1986. In 1992 George Amudzhiev graduated the Law Faculty of Sofia University and shortly before his graduation he attended European Law and International Private Law courses at the University of Regensburg, Germany. During 1992 George Amudzhiev underwent one year practical training in Sofia District Court. During the years of 1993 and 1994 he specialized European Law and Commercial Law at the University of Vienna, Austria.

Between 1994 and 1996 Mr Amudzhiev was Public Prosecutor in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. Shortly after that – in 1997 he became Head of the Legal Department in the Regional Tax Administration in Varna.

George Amudzhiev has been a member of the Varna Bar Association since 1997. He joined LGK&Co Law Office as a partner in 2002. He is very famous for his excellent approach to corporate clients and ability to react to their requirements immediately.

George Amudzhiev’s main practice area is Domestic and International Taxation Law where he is known as one of the best practitioners in Bulgaria. He is also handling with great success disputes related to Commercial Law, Civil Law, Construction Law and Administrative Law.

Excellent command of German, English and Russian language.

 

   Zhelimir Yalnuzov

   Zhelimir Yalnuzov was born in 1964 in Varna. He graduated from the English Language School in Varna in 1982. In 1987 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Sofia University. In 1987-1988 he underwent one year practical training in Sofia District Court from where he received excellent references.

His first years of professional experience were as an in-house lawyer of Koraboimpex PLC, Varna, being the only foreign - trade company in the field of ship industry in Bulgaria at that time. He then gained substantial practice in Maritime law and especially in drafting and advising on shipbuilding contracts and contracts for the sale of second hand vessels.

Immediately following his admittance to the Bar in 1994 he founded LGK & Co. Law office with the kind co-operation of the English Law firm Lawrence Graham. The office was aimed mainly towards corporate clients and foreign clients. It was one of the first legal partnerships in Varna.

In 1996 Zhelimir Yalnuzov underwent theoretical and practical training under the United Kingdom Central European Legal Scholarships Scheme organized as a part of the LL.M. postgraduate courses by Queen Mary and Westfield College, London together with the Foreign Office. The scheme also included practical training with Holman, Fenwick & Willan.

Zhelimir Yalnuzov is specialized in Maritime and International Trade law as well as Company and Commercial law and he is known for his perfect legal work for some of the major foreign shipowners, P&I Clubs, English and International law firms.

Excellent command of English and Russian.

   Jasmina Karaivanova

   Jasmina Karaivanova was born in 1980 in Varna. She graduated the IV French language school in Varna “Frederic Joliot-Curie” in 1999. In 2005 she graduated the Law Faculty of Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridsky”. In 2005 she underwent practical training in Sofia District Court.

From 2002 то 2007 she used to work in one of the biggest Law office in Sofia at the beginning like trainee-lawyer after that like a lawyer. She joined LGK&Co “Amudziev & Yalnuzov” Law Office from 2009 .

Member of Sofia Bar Association from January 2006. She specializes in commercial, civil and administrative law.

Excellent command of French and English, good command of Russian.
